Woodside Park United Synagogue is seeking enthusiastic and inspiring Youth Directors to engage and support our youth community on Shabbat, Chagim and throughout the year.

This role is all about building relationships, encouraging participation in youth services and activities, and helping young people deepen their connection to Jewish life and community. You’ll lead and coordinate youth services, facilitate discussions, support young people to take active roles, and carry out regular outreach to engage a broad and diverse group of youth.

We’re looking for warm, approachable role models with experience working with young people, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of Orthodox Jewish life and practice. The ability to inspire, communicate well and work collaboratively is essential.

This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975.
