Founding Engineer — Early-Stage, Equity

Novera Search is representing a stealth, early-stage consumer startup seeking a Lead / Founding Engineer to build the product from the ground up. This hands-on role offers ownership from 0→1 and a chance to shape both product and technical direction.

You will ship the core platform across the full stack, turn an early prototype into a scalable production system, and collaborate with the founder on product decisions and UX, including AI integrations where relevant.
