Night Senior Carer

Responsibilities

• Look after the different needs of residents to deliver quality, person‑centred care and support.
• Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
• Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
• Respect the dignity and preferences of residents and help create a warm, welcoming, vibrant environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
