Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects (On-Site)

LJ.B & Co. Construction Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading European data centre contractor on a major hyperscale project in Blyth, England. The role focuses on cost control, subcontract packages, procurement, valuations and reporting from construction through to final account.

You will work with project management, site teams, design and clients to ensure strong commercial performance across multiple packages and successful delivery of the project.
