Marketing & Content Manager – Preowned Luxuries

Full-time, permanent position located in Hatton Garden, London. Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (based on experience). This role offers career growth within the luxury watch and jewellery industry.

Role Overview

The Marketing & Content Manager will own and grow the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms, develop engaging content, and drive marketing initiatives that support sales and brand awareness of luxury watches, jewellery, and high‑value items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and internal Eurostaffs platform.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, schedule and publish engaging posts, and track performance metrics.
  • Plan, film, and edit creative content for social media and marketing campaigns, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
  • Photograph and videograph luxury products for website listings, product pages, and marketing collateral, ensuring brand‑standard quality.
  • Upload and manage product listings on the company website, create compelling descriptions, and maintain accurate pricing and imagery.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, generate leads, and assist with email marketing and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with management on new marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, engagement, and lead generation; provide recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media, marketing, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Eurostaffs, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or equivalent content‑creation tools.
  • Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and positive attitude.
  • Desirable: experience with luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, or related goods.
  • Desirable: SEO, email marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, and e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify or WordPress.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to Hatton Garden office.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and assisting with content creation when required.
