Welding & Fabrication Workshop Lead

HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the fabrication and welding workshop in Cheddar. You will ensure efficient delivery of workshop activities, managing people, processes, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a C&G or NVQ in welding or fabrication and strong experience in a workshop environment. The role offers core hours Monday to Friday and a salary of £55,000 per annum.
