The Role – What You’ll Do
You will be part of a cross-cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements across Capital Markets. You will also be part of a world‑class product management team that helps drive innovation and improve user experience in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity or Wealth Management.
You will take up roles in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program, and change management. You will analyse problems and develop creative solutions, apply consulting frameworks, and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver business results.
Engagements
- Conducting strategic assessments to define future state functional/technical architecture using Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting.
- Digitalizing advisory platforms covering end‑to‑end advisory lifecycle.
- Machine‑learning driven personalization (life events, investment ideas, service alerts, client attrition risk).
- Building a portal to find financial advisors by name, location, gender, etc.
- Intuitive advisor dashboard providing a full view of book and action items.
- Re‑imaging operations user experience with an intelligent ops dashboard (KPIs, real‑time notifications, SLAs).
- Virtual assistant: cognitive assistant pilot to guide financial advisors and customer support in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Functional analysis/SME for journeys in Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity or Wealth Management.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and sales to ensure smooth product flow.
- Work closely with technical teams to meet user needs and resolve issues.
- Manage product line lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical initiatives.
- Contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal firm‑building events.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in management consulting or advisory, technology, or operational change initiatives in Capital Markets.
- Proven success in defining, mobilising, and delivering complex change programs in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset or Wealth Management firms.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, able to build relationships at senior and CXO levels.
- Experience collaborating with IT and business specialists.
- Authorized to work in the UK without employer‑based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Interaction with financial advisors, operations, technology, and practice leaders to design innovative solutions.
- Experience with industry‑leading managed account solutions or platforms.
- Experience in UX/UI programs in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Wealth Management or Asset Management.
- Understanding of advisory solutions – Firm/Advisory/Client Discretionary Products, SMA, UMA, estate planning, trust services.
- Willingness to work cross‑culturally and support multiple time zones.
