Senior Residential Fit-Out Site Manager – Cambridge

Velocity Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a private residential developer on their flagship scheme in Eddington, Cambridge. You will lead internal fit‑out works, coordinate subcontractors, drive the programme, and ensure safety and quality throughout the build.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage 160 units across houses and low‑rise blocks, inspect snagging, and align the team to deadlines.
