Project Manager – Air Conditioning

Full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from planning to handover – projects typically in London and home counties, head office nr Portsmouth.

5+ years air conditioning install project management experience required.

Salary to £65K

The Role

• Planning: design, procurement, installation, commissioning
• Budgeting ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Scheduling: Manage timelines and resources efficiently
• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and engineers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing HVAC or air conditioning projects
• Running multiple projects in value from £25k – £900k.
• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
• Relevant trade certifications.

• Salary £50-£65k DoE
