No prior classroom experience is required-if you’ve worked with children in any setting, your skills are highly transferable.

The Role
- Support pupils in class on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist the teacher with lessons and classroom activities
- Help manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
- Support children with additional needs where required
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social interaction
- Assist with general classroom organisation

- Sports coaching or team leadership
- Youth work or community settings
- Childcare, nursery work, or babysitting
- Psychology or education graduates/students

- Driving is beneficial but not essential
