Health & Safety Manager (M&E) – Oxford

Oxford – £325 to £350 per day (initially 3 days per week).

Trevett Services is partnering with a leading Tier 1 Contractor to source a Health & Safety Manager (M&E) for a critical site in Oxford. This is a contract role of 3 days per week for the first month or two, with potential extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Health, Safety, and Quality systems and process across the site.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation and ISO standards.
• Carry out audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement across H&S and wider compliance performance.
• Promote a strong safety culture across operational and office‑based teams.

About You

• Previous experience in a H&S / HSEQ Management role.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NEBOSH Diploma and IOSH membership are desirable.
