Overview
Join the Hardware In The Loop (HWIL) team, conducting dynamic missile firing simulations that utilize real missile hardware to support product development, performance validation and firing trial preparation at a state‑of‑the‑art test facility in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Understand the functionality of missile sub‑systems involved in dynamic HWIL testing.
- Assess interactions between missile sub‑systems and bespoke test equipment.
- Coordinate with subject‑matter experts across MBDA missile product teams.
- Develop real‑time software simulations using performance models.
- Conduct hands‑on testing with real missile hardware and software.
- Analyse missile telemetry data to understand performance and produce technical reports.
Qualifications
- System integration and interface debugging experience.
- Structured approach to problem solving.
- Real‑time software or simulation design skills.
- Testing of sensors or sub‑systems.
- Experience with radio frequency or infrared seekers.
- System performance analysis capabilities.
Requirements
British citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship, subject to a background check. Successful candidates must obtain a HMG Security Check (SC).
