Relay is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own how we measure and improve courier excellence across our Last Mile network. You will shape the existing performance framework, run experiments, and quantify what works to move the network in the right direction.
You will partner with product, ops and engineering, designing measurements and interventions, and ensuring transparency of performance for couriers and Relay.
