egg is seeking an experienced creative leader to shape and grow its global creative output. You will guide a talented team, shape brand direction, and act as a senior client-facing ambassador for Egg’s creative vision across major opportunities.

You’ll balance visionary design with practical execution, collaborating across departments and ensuring consistent brand principles while expanding our network of partners and freelancers. Fluency in English is required.
