Housing Stock Condition Surveyor — Asset Data & Maintenance

MMP Consultancy is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor for a 12-month, on-site role supporting asset management and investment programmes in housing. You will collect high-quality stock data to inform planned maintenance and capital works, liaising with residents to schedule inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven stock surveying experience in social housing, a Building Surveying qualification, and strong communication skills.
