Responsibilities
- Diary management, complex travel management, team management and support, event organisation and ad‑hoc tasks for the CSO.
- Managing the CSO’s diary: appointment scheduling, prioritisation, handling deadlines and maintaining flexibility.
- Maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar, logging priorities, re‑scheduling meetings upon request, proactively communicating changes and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinating logistics and arrangements for committee, board and other meetings within the EA group.
- Creating travel itineraries and making travel arrangements.
- Co‑ordinating schedules with other Executive Assistants and business support across the Leadership Team.
- Liaising with People & Culture, Finance and external stakeholders.
- Reviewing expenses and reconciling them to budget.
- Drafting internal and external communications on behalf of the CSO.
- Compiling meeting briefs to provide the CSO with necessary background information – participants, organisations, key issues.
- Attending and supporting the CSO at global meetings, managing strategy group meetings, calls, content, actions and logistics.
- Ensuring appropriate approvals of documentation received by the strategy group.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
