Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?

Winner Education are working closely with a school in Moseley in assisting them with the recruitment of a School Receptionist/Administrator. The role is full time, 8:00-4:00pm per day. You will be required to start immediately on a long-term placement with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You must have a DBS on the update service and have previous experience working in schools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Previous experience using Arbor software systemManaging vistors security/sign insOverseeing student absenseProvide general administrative supportAnswering, screening and directing telephone calls

The Successful School Receptionist will:

Need to be highly organisedHave excellent interpersonal skillsAct as a welcoming, professional 'face' of the schoolHave previous school receptionist/administration experienceHave proficient computer skills including experience with SIMSDemonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
