Customer Service Administrator Bristol (Emersons Green area) £28,000 – £32,000 Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm

I'm currently working with a growing business in Bristol that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer interaction and problem-solving.

The Role

Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and emailHandling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely mannerInvestigating queries and working to find effective solutionsLiaising with suppliers and internal teams to support service deliveryProcessing customer information and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting general administration, including onboarding and account management

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service and administrationStrong complaint handling and objection-handling skillsConfident telephone manner and ability to manage challenging conversationsHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working both independently and as part of a team
