Duties:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyManaging customer queries, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathyEnsuring orders are completed and updated within agreed timeframesBuilding strong relationships with customers over the phone and providing outstanding serviceSupporting the wider team with administrative and scheduling tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processingExcellent communication and telephone skillsStrong organisational skills with great attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Word and ExcelA positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to thrive in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience scheduling workloads or coordinating jobsPrevious experience working within a busy customer service department
