Healthtech 1 is seeking a Product Operations & Customer Success professional to own onboarding, drive early adoption, and deliver measurable ROI for GP practices and patients in the UK. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales and Account Management to scale flagship products while enhancing onboarding processes.

You will lead onboarding calls, tailor strategies to customer needs, and use AI tools to improve workflows, with 4-5 days hybrid work from Stratford, East London.
