Join our Nespresso Boutique Manager Talent Pipeline

We are looking for individuals who are excited about retail and sales, with management experience to optimize the commercial success of our boutiques.

What will make you a successful Boutique Leader?

  • Experience of working in the retail sector at a Store Manager level; we are also happy to consider those from a different background who have the required skill set.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with customers and in the communities; ability to adapt and challenge where needed.
  • Previous experience making key decisions and action planning to drive results.
  • Previous line manager experience and knowledge of HR best practice; a real passion for developing your team through their careers and supporting them to be the best they can be.
  • Strong understanding of sales and setting KPIs to enhance store performance.
