Salary: £31,000 – 31,000 per year
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support (MSP experience preferred)
- Comfortable handling 2nd line support issues
- Solid understanding of:
- – Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- – Windows Server
- – Active Directory
- – Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and improve
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
Responsibilities
- Resolving IT support tickets from start to finish (no hand-offs, real ownership)
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients
- Troubleshooting across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and more
- Assisting with onsite visits when required
- Working closely with senior engineers and account managers to deliver exceptional service
