Job Overview
The University Secretary’s Group is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Student Systems Developer to lead the design, development, and evolution of our student records systems. This role is pivotal in delivering a high‑quality digital student experience and driving institutional improvements through innovative use of SITS:Vision (Tribal) and other corporate platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and ongoing evolution of student records systems.
- Collaborate within the Registry and Academic Administration Division to enhance student systems and support the University’s strategic aims.
- Configure and automate workflows in SITS:Vision.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using APIs, XML, and web services.
- Provide strategic thinking, problem‑solving and analytical skills to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Highly experienced with SITS:Vision, including configuration and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Skilled in designing integrations using APIs, XML and web services.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
