Salary: $120-$130k CAD
I’m Wilson, co-founder of Post Up. We’re building the Databricks for content production. We’re building an agentic orchestration system that coordinates production pipelines end to end and turns post‑production workflows into a persistent graph of assets and transformations, which are deterministic, verifiable, and nearly instant at scale, powered by a high‑performance compute layer.
We’re building this AI‑native from the ground up; ML inference is embedded throughout the pipeline, not bolted on.
Stack: On‑prem, HPC clusters, distributed storage systems, GPU pipelines, real‑time video compute.
We’re looking for our founding senior backend engineer who wants to work on genuinely challenging infrastructure problems across distributed systems and media processing with immense scale.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
Familiarity with the following technologies and responsibilities is expected:
- Golang, Postgres, and distributed systems
- Distributed file systems such as HDFS, Ceph, etc.
