Senior Health & Safety Leader – Sustainable FM

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Health & Safety Lead in London to provide strategic SHEQ leadership across contracts within Sustainable FM. The role focuses on improving safety, health, environment and quality standards and embedding Equans’ safety culture on site.

You will lead the SHEQ team, ensure statutory compliance, manage investigations, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven safety initiatives.
