Self-Employed Resolution Field Agent – Utilities & Reconnection

Self Employed – Engage – Field National is looking for Resolution Field Agents in Leeds. This role entails field visits to resolve utility accounts, connect services, and support financially distressed customers.

Agents will work a minimum of 2 weekdays per week with a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150. Candidates must have a full UK driving licence, a compliant vehicle, and the ability to handle disputes effectively.

Comprehensive training and internal support will be offered to develop essential skills and progression opportunities within the organization.
