The practice delivers innovative and technically challenging projects across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, leisure, student accommodation and mixed-use developments throughout the UK. With a strong focus on design quality, technical excellence and collaborative working, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept design through to completion
- Manage project programmes, deliverables and design coordination
- Prepare and review planning, technical and construction drawing packages
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality requirements
- Oversee compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards
- Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team
- Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits as required
- Contribute to project problem-solving and technical design development throughout all project stages
Qualifications
- Qualified Architect with relevant post-qualification experience delivering projects in the UK
- Experience leading projects through multiple RIBA work stages
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, with BIM experience advantageous
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Collaborative and proactive approach to project delivery
- Comfortable working in a fully office-based role, five days per week
- Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression within a multidisciplinary practice
