Strategic Resourcing Partner, Managed Services

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Resourcing Business Partner to manage delivery of operational requirements for Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio.

You will partner with client stakeholders to forecast demand, plan recruitment, drive continuous improvement, and align service delivery with business goals. The role is hybrid, with three office days and two days from home, and offers a base salary of £30k-£35k plus a £3k car allowance and performance bonus.
