• Proven experience working on piling projects in a supervisory or attendant role.
• Strong knowledge of piling operations, site safety procedures, and industry best practices.
• Relevant CPCS, NPORS, CSCS, or other industry-recognised qualifications.
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and as part of a professional site team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to health and safety.
• Full PPE.
• First Aid (ideal but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise or support daily piling operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with site procedures, method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with site management, piling crews, crane operators, and other contractors to ensure work progresses smoothly.
• Monitor site activities and report any safety concerns or operational issues.
• Complete relevant site documentation and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
