Back of House Team Member at Slim Chickens

Join the team at the Bristol Cabot Circus location of Slim Chickens, a fast‑paced, casual restaurant serving southern‑inspired chicken items.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring each dish meets high standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and ensuring the freshness of ingredients.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
  • Handling kitchen equipment safely and reporting any maintenance needs.
  • Supporting the kitchen team with various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone thrives.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for cooking and delivering quality food.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
