Behaviour Support & Engagement Facilitator

Academics is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to help students adopt positive behaviours and improve engagement within a supportive school environment.

You will work with teachers to implement behaviour plans, monitor progress, support students in managing emotions and conflicts, and uphold safeguarding policies.

This role involves collaboration with families, attendance at training, and contributing to a calm, inclusive atmosphere that reduces disruption and supports learning.
