We are looking for a Graduate Telephone Support – Dutch or Swedish speaking – to join our team in Nottingham. If you enjoy engaging with people and have strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to external customers via telephone, helping with software and application issues.
- Engage with customers in Dutch or Swedish, ensuring a high level of service and resolution.
- Use problem‑solving skills to resolve queries, escalating when necessary.
- Participate in shift work and occasional weekends, but not nights.
- Collaborate with other teams and maintain accurate records in the support system.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch or Swedish.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient with customers.
- Any customer service experience or similar roles is beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent; university study or graduates acceptable.
