Salary: £16,000 – £18,000 per annum + benefits

We are looking for a Graduate Telephone Support – Dutch or Swedish speaking – to join our team in Nottingham. If you enjoy engaging with people and have strong customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to external customers via telephone, helping with software and application issues.
• Engage with customers in Dutch or Swedish, ensuring a high level of service and resolution.
• Use problem‑solving skills to resolve queries, escalating when necessary.
• Participate in shift work and occasional weekends, but not nights.
• Collaborate with other teams and maintain accurate records in the support system.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or Swedish.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient with customers.
• Any customer service experience or similar roles is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; university study or graduates acceptable.
