Mars UK is seeking a Pet Parent Partner to enhance consumer trust and retention by efficiently managing training and support. You’ll liaise with various teams to drive initiatives that improve the Pet Parent experience while also acting as the point of contact for escalations and crisis management.
Ideal candidates will have over 5 years’ experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for pets would be a plus!
