What You’ll Do
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Sr. Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimise our Salesforce platform. This role is essential to enhance our organisation’s CRM functionality, ensure data integrity, and support teams in leveraging Salesforce to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce‑related queries, system maintenance, and customization.
- Work closely with various departments to design and implement solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer relationships, and streamline processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand sales needs and configure and enhance Sales Cloud directly.
- Gather functional and non‑functional requirements, design solutions, and contribute thought leadership to support best practices.
- Deliver end‑user training and/or train‑the‑trainer sessions and act as a major contributor to change management.
Salesforce Administration
- Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce instances, including user account management, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Perform regular audits, data‑integrity checks, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
Customization & Development
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and custom fields to provide actionable insights.
- Manage Salesforce automation tools.
- Lead customization and implementation projects in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Implement automation, custom objects, and integrations with key stakeholders as needed.
Stakeholder Support
- Provide training and technical support for Salesforce users to ensure adoption and proficiency.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Advise stakeholders on impacts of their requests in support of their initiatives.
Data Management & Integrations
- Oversee data imports, exports, and deduplication processes to maintain accurate and clean data.
- Implement and monitor data‑security measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Execute complex bi‑directional integrations with third‑party tools to Salesforce.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to improve system usability.
- Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and workflows using Salesforce.
Skills and Abilities
Certifications in Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Business Analyst highly desirable. Experience with Agentforce, data and system migrations, advanced knowledge of data governance, compliance practices, and maintaining security best practices. Minimum of 5years as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator). Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Experience leading and executing projects with GTM stakeholders. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly terms. Delivery of end‑user training and change‑management.
Working Conditions
This is a permanent position based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate. Working hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to other IMG buildings and meetings. Unsocial hours may be required as dictated by the demands of the business schedule. Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate.
