Part-Time Cover Supervisor — Support Learning (Y9–11)

West Somerset College is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to maintain continuity of learning during teacher absences and to support pupils in Years 9–11.

This is a part-time post of 15 hours per week across two days, term-time 39 weeks per year, with a starting salary of £9,125.95 on BTCT Band 5.

The role involves supervising classes, delivering pre-set lessons, assisting with pupil welfare and administrative tasks, and helping maintain a calm, safe learning environment.
