Van‑Provided Multi‑Trade Maintenance Technician

Riverside is seeking a Multi Trade Operative to perform general multi-trade works for planned maintenance upgrades, including kitchens and bathrooms. The role covers sites across Riverside stock, with a provided van, fuel card and PPE.

A strong background in construction and a good understanding of maintenance legislation is desirable. The successful candidate will join a team delivering external/internal refurbishments while upholding health and safety and high customer service standards.
