About The Role
Pay Details: Grade 3 – £25,949 pro rata, £13.45 /hr.
Hourly rate enhancements are paid for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays (plus lieu day for bank holidays).
Hours of Work
Hours: 1 vacancy – 33.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday – Friday
Shift hours: 8am-3:15pm Monday – Thursday. 8am-3pm Friday.
Description
To undertake the general maintenance tasks in the Residential home including painting, decorating, emergency/ repairs, health and safety checks and the maintenance of grounds and gardens. Provide a porter service; undertake the moving of people and equipment, delivery/collection duties and order/store stock.
