We are currently seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen/handymen with skills in multiple trades.

Core Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall repair, deck and fence repairs, and painting tasks.
- Use the appropriate tools for each assignment and troubleshoot as needed.
- Communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
- Look for opportunities to extend service and build customer confidence.
- Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, organized tools, and a decent vehicle.
- Maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction.

Compensation
W‑2 status with hourly pay ranging from $26.00 to $32.00 per hour.
