Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive OneCall Coordinator to manage telephone and electronic referrals, triage patient needs, and coordinate with community services. Based at Lancing or Brighton General, the role supports keeping hospital admissions down while delivering safe, timely care.
The successful candidate will work across a nurse-led Single Point of Access, handle 500–700 calls daily, and ensure privacy and accuracy in every interaction.
