Retail Merchandiser PT Bath

Overview

As a retail merchandiser within the Dee Set team, you will support merchandising the Nutmeg clothing range at Morrisons, driving sales and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain strong product presentation.
• Implement point of sale (POS) materials and other merchandising tasks within Morrisons as required.
• Replenish stock, maintain product displays, and ensure strong availability.
• Install and update POS and promotional materials in line with current campaigns.
• Support in building and maintaining seasonal feature displays.
• Work closely with store colleagues and Nutmeg teams to deliver exceptional brand representation.
• Capture and submit photo reports using a smartphone or tablet.
• Flexibly support other merchandising tasks across the store when needed.
• Follow detailed planograms or promotional briefs with strong attention to detail.
• Operate and manage multiple mobile apps on your device as required.
• Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and travel between locations as needed. Be prepared to receive home-delivered POS to walk into store as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Confident, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate effectively with store teams.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow visual guidelines and planograms.
• Proficient with using a smartphone or tablet to send reports and photos; comfortable using multiple apps simultaneously.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required.
