Edrington, home of The Macallan Estate Experience, is seeking a Chef Apprentice to train toward a SVQ in Professional Cookery and progress toward a Commis Chef. You will join a kitchen led by a Head Chef with multi-Michelin experience, delivering exquisite culinary experiences across the Estate and working in a fast‑paced environment.

This 24‑month programme focuses on kitchen operation, food safety, and high standards, with training provided under close supervision.
