Start date: 1st September 2026

Salary: £4,475 per annum for mornings only (1.75 hours daily) or £8,951 per annum for mornings and afternoons (3.5 hours daily), plus pension, paid overtime, and wellbeing benefits.

We are seeking a safety‑conscious, calm and reliable Minibus Driver to safely transport pupils between designated pick‑up points and the school. Applicants must have at least two years of driving experience, a full clean UK driving licence (D1 entitlement desirable), and be aged 25+ for insurance purposes.

Key Duties

• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle safety inspections and maintain records
• Monitor cleanliness and arrange regular internal and external cleaning
• Check fuel and fluid levels and report maintenance concerns
• Drive safely, adhering to road regulations and speed limits
• Supervise pupils, ensuring seatbelts are worn and safety procedures followed
• Enforce the school minibus policy and report incidents or behaviour concerns
• Communicate professionally with parents using agreed school procedures
• Collect and drop off pupils at designated locations and times
• Manage and report accidents or incidents appropriately
• Ensure personal data is protected
