Overview
Moss Park is a nursing home in the Lochaber area, providing holistic person‑centred support to older adults who need long term care in a homely environment. A position has become available for enthusiastic care assistants to work in the home.
Responsibilities
The role involves hands‑on care supporting residents to maintain as much independence as possible. Care assistants will learn about care delivery and planning, medication management, and working within a close team, while developing communication skills. A strong focus is on activity and on encouraging residents to go out into the local community, continue hobbies and interests with staff support.
Training & Development
NHS Highland provides training and supports all staff in gaining qualifications for their role and encourages career progression.
