Principal Civil Engineer – Highways (Hybrid)

Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead highways, infrastructure and drainage design across public and private sector projects. Ideally based in Newark, with hybrid working options and consideration for Birmingham or London.

You will drive technical excellence, manage multiple commissions and mentor engineers to grow the team’s capability. You will oversee feasibility through to construction support, ensuring designs meet standards and client objectives.
