About the role:

  • Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Building strong relationships with pupils and creating a positive classroom environment
  • Supporting a range of learning needs, including SEN
  • Using behaviour management strategies with confidence (support provided)
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, leaders, and support staff
  • Contributing to planning, marking, and assessment
  • Growing your confidence as an emerging practitioner

  • Newly qualified ECTs
  • You maintain high expectations for all children and supports them to achieve their full potential
  • You are an individual looking for long-term or permanent opportunities
  • You are a motivated and committed educator
  • Someone who can work closely with support staff to plan, deliver and evaluate learning provision
