Job Description:
Sirona care & health CIC is hiring a Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our Medicines Optimisation team in Bristol. In this role, you’ll support patients in taking their medications safely while collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance individual outcomes.
Your duties include carrying out medicines reconciliation, attending MDT meetings, and providing guidance to clinicians. This dual-locality role will allow you to work in East Bristol and South Gloucestershire, adapting to the needs of our teams.
