Job Description:
Barchester is seeking a qualified Second Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll deliver hotel/restaurant standards, help with menu development, and ensure nutritious, appetising meals for residents.
You’ll also lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence and contribute to a warm, efficient, and compliant environment. Experience with fresh seasonal produce, HACCP understanding, and the ability to engage confidently with residents are essential.
