Care and Support Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our teams across the West Midlands. You’ll provide high-quality emotional and practical support to young people as placements are secured and maintained, focusing on safety, structure, and therapy-informed care.

You will work on-site in Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Cannock and Wednesbury settings, supporting the home’s leadership and ensuring a nurturing environment.
