Pay: £95 – £115 per day

This role sits between behaviour, pastoral care and keeping pupils engaged in school.

This role is suited to someone who can build relationships quickly while still holding clear boundaries.

You will be working with pupils who may need mentoring, emotional support or help staying on track during the school day.

Responsibilities

• Pastoral and behaviour support for secondary‑aged pupils
• Help pupils manage routines, expectations and relationships
• Work with teachers, pastoral leads and safeguarding staff
• Support pupils before issues become bigger problems

Qualifications

• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support or pastoral care
• Calm and professional communication
• Confidence working with pupils who may push boundaries
• Reliable, mature and consistent

Full‑time permanent position starting in September 2026.
