Family Wellbeing Team Lead — Social Work Leader

The London Borough of Merton is seeking a Family Wellbeing Team Leader on a 1-year fixed term contract starting September 2026. This role is an excellent opportunity for qualified social workers to develop leadership experience during a significant period of social care reform.

As a Team Leader, you will manage service delivery, oversee support for families, and lead a team of 7 practitioners. Strong practice knowledge and leadership skills are essential.
